Sizing and Fit Details

Double Trouble Apparel wants to make sure you love everything about your order: fit, size, design, color, and detail.  We have provided a size chart for general reference on apparel.  We strive in providing merchandise that is true to size, please email us for exact sizing on specific items. If for some reason your item still doesn't work we are happy to exchange it or give you store credit on a future purchase.

Shipping Policy

Double Trouble Apparel ships USPS Domestic and International.  All of our packages are certified and include tracking confirmation.  For shipping Domestic we offer Priority Mail (please allow 5-7 business days) and Express Mail (please allow 2-3 business days). For any questions about our shipping policy please contact us at info@doubletroubleapparel.com

Return Policy

Double Trouble Apparel gladly accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of your arrival date.  We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY (this applies for order cancellations too).

Simply follow the instructions below:

Email info@doubletroubleapparel.com letting us know what items you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item(s). Once we receive your package we will issue you store credit that can be used on a future purchase.  Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt or a note with your order number.

Make sure you get a tracking confirmation number on your package when sending back any items. Double Trouble Apparel is not responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages. USPS First Class Mail is most cost effective and they provide a tracking number.

All merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached, not worn, used, soiled, etc. We do not accept nor tolerate fraudulent returns and exchanges. 

Upon arrival of your returned item(s) you will be issued your store credit code via e-mail.  After 14 days all items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.

Returns and exchanges may not be made on hair accessories, sunglasses and jewelry.  These items are Final Sale.     

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you refuse a package, shipping charges and costs will not be credited back to your account.

Exchange Policy

Double Trouble Apparel only does exchanges for the same item in a different size.

Simply e-mail us at info@doubletroubleapparel.com letting us know what item you need in a different size.  We will check stock for you and confirm availability. 

Once we receive your item(s), we will send you the new size with no extra shipping charge - within the USA only.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date and will not be accepted after that. 

Please include the original invoice/receipt.  We need this to process your exchange.

Exchanges made on orders with free shipping may only be made once per order. 

The customer is responsible for postage on sending back an item for a new size.  We will however send the new size out with no extra shipping charge (within the US). If for some reason your size is not in stock we will issue you a store credit.
