Sizing and Fit Details
Double Trouble Apparel wants to make sure you love everything about your order: fit, size, design, color, and detail. We have provided a size chart for reference on apparel as well as a size chart for footwear. We strive in providing merchandise that is true to size, if for some reason your item still doesnt work we are happy to exchange it or give you store credit on a future purchase.
Shipping Policy
Double Trouble Apparel ships USPS Domestic and International. All of our packages are certified and include tracking confirmation. For shipping Domestic we offer Priority Mail (please allow 5-7 business days) and Express Mail (please allow 2-3 business days). Return policy
Double Trouble Apparel gladly accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of your arrival date. Simply follow the instructions below.
Fill out the return authorization form to obtain a RA#. Once your RA# has been issued (via e-mail), send back your item(s) with the proper postage. Once we receive your package we will issue you store credit that can be used on a future purchase. Please note you must get the RA# for us to process any returns.
The RA# must be labeled on the outside of your package. We need this to process your return.
Please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt.
Make sure you certify or insure your package when sending back any items. Double Trouble Apparel is not responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages.
All merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached, not worn, used, soiled, etc. Shoes must be in the original box inside a larger shipping box, otherwise will be considered worn and not credited. We do not accept nor tolerate fraudulent returns and exchanges.
Upon arrival of your returned item(s) you will be issued your store credit code via e-mail. After 14 days all items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.
Returns and exchanges may not be made on accessories, hair accessories, wallets, handbags, swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, and any other non-apparel goods. These items are Final Sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you refuse a package, shipping charges and costs will not be credited back to your account.
Exchange Policy
Double Trouble Apparel only does exchanges for the same item in a different size.
Simply e-mail us at exchange@doubletroubleapparel.com letting us know what item you need in a different size. We will check stock for you and confirm availability.
Once we receive your item(s), we will send you the new size with no extra shipping charge.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date and will not be accepted after that.

The customer is responsible for postage on sending back an item for a new size. We will however send the new size out with no extra shipping charge. If for some reason your size is not in stock we will issue you a store credit.
